Please be advised that, for safety reasons, these batteries will not be fully charged when shipped. To ensure the battery will last a long time, please perform the following steps once battery is received.
1. Charge the battery fully before using.
2. Discharge the battery (down to 1.0V per cell) or until your device is running slow or dim. (When the device is slow or dim, do not discharge any further. This will damage the battery.)
3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 four (4) times to condition the battery to reach full capacity.
4. If you do not use the battery often, we recommend recharging the battery at least once every two (2) months to maintain capacity.
